Yellowstone Surgery Center provides outpatient services where you are not 'admitted' and you typically go home the same day that you visited the surgery center.

This information is found under the Additional Procedure Information. There are several situations that may cause your prodedure to be canceled or postponed.
If greater than 200 mg/dL on day of your procedure, please call the Yellowstone Surgery Center location of your procedure as soon as possible.
If you able to check your blood pressure. If greater than 180/100, please call the Yellowstone Surgery Center location of your procedure as soon as possible.
If your appointment is missed, and no attempt was made to cancel in advance, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee which will not be covered by insurance.
Only if requested by your physician. Follow instructions & drink.
Take your regular blood pressure, cardiac, anti-seizure and gastric reflux medications. (As instructed by your CNL nurse or physician.)
18 years and older
Due to COVID-19, Yellowstone Surgery Center is currently allowing only one visitor per patient to stay in the building.
Younger than 18
A parent or legal guardian must stay in the building at all times. Yellowstone Surgery Center prefers one, however, we will allow for two.
Masks
If you have a mask, please wear it during your time at Yellowstone Surgery Center. If you do not have a mask, Yellowstone Surgery Center will provide one.
Testing
A COVID-19 test will be required prior to elective surgery and pain procedures. This will be arranged through your Surgeons office.
